Description: A very devastating spell that only select people know. The user creates a large, city-sized blizzard in the sky around them. This blizzard does low ice damage to all of those except the caster, and it doubles the strength of ice-related abilities and magic in the area. If you see someone about to cast this, interrupt them as fast as possible.

Mana Cost: Medium

Limitations & Side Effects: It takes two turns to charge. The blizzard lasts for 10 turns. The spell will fail if the user is in a warm environment.
