Effect: Grants the user the ability to make weapons and tools out of mana and use them for attacking or defence, with the strength of the tool being dependant on the mana put into it. These tools and weapons can be controlled by the user's mind, like telekinesis, and don't require direct contact.

Activation Method: Activates upon inscription and conscious shaping of mana through the arms and hands.

Limitations & Side Effects:

• Lasts for 30 turns.

• Causes severe mana depletion and mental strain.

Requirements: High knowledge of runes. Strong imagination.
