Effect: Once someone looks into the circle's center, they will feel a terrible burning in their eyes and find looking away and closing their eyes incredibly difficult, if not impossible. They will be slowed by 60% and the eyes will gradually burn away, quickly resulting in significant eye damage and a possibility for permanent injury.

Required Mana Input: Continuous mana input required, with a sharp increase once someone's eyes are locked onto the center.

Limitations and Drawbacks: Effect is reduced to visual distortion if the gazer lacks natural eyes. Eye-contact locking is easily broken by mental resistance or willpower higher than the circle's rank. Physically obstructing the person's view of the circle or forced movement will also break the circle's effect on them.
