Enchantment: When inscribed on the body, the user gains the ability to summon and unsummon white feathered wings that they can use to fly. Flying at speeds up to 50 mph lasting a total of 70 turns.
Limitations & Side Effects:
-If the wings are damaged, then the user will feel 3x more pain than what they would normally feel for any other part of their body.
-If the wings are destroyed, then the user will have permanent nerve damage where the rune was inscribed.
Requirements: Decent knowledge of runes.
