Refinement Method Ranking: B
Description: The Herculeon Core Refinement Method grants the practitioner the ability to wield lightning, toxins and the ferocity of the Herculeon species
Pathways
Stage One: To begin Refinement the practitioner must obtain and refine 5 Herculeon Cores. The refinement process requires the practitioner to be constantly moving at at least 15x human speed for 6 hours straight while in a poisonous swamp and absorb the electric and toxic properties of the cores without outside help or fainting
Path Options
Path One: Herculean Embodiment
Abilities & Effects:
- +35% Poison and Electricity Resistance
- The ability to harden the skin on the hands into a beetle exoskeleton with a hardness of 8 moh
- Physical stats are all increased by 3x while acceleration is increased by a further 50%
Drawbacks:
- Extended usage of the exoskeleton can damage the hands underneath and turn the exoskeleton brittle
- This path increases Stamina consumption substantially and increases susceptibility to mental attacks slightly. 10%
Path Two: Thunder Beetle
Abilities & Effects:
- The practioner gains the ability to amplify and control bio-electricity up to 50k volts
- The practioner can harness their own bio-electricity in various ways such as shooting it out in a bolt or enhancing their speed by up to 3x
- The practioner has a 50% increased electric affinity
- 20% increased electric resistance
Drawbacks:
- The practioner is not fully immune to their own electricity
- The practioner loses 10% elemental affinity to all non electric elements
Path Three: Poisoner Demon
- The practioner gains immunity to below B rank poisons while gaining 25% resistance to poisons of higher rank
- The practioner can produce a B rank Hemo-toxic or a C rank Neuro-Toxin from their hands in the form of a liquid
Drawbacks:
- Hemopoison is weaker against enemies with blood manipulation
