Effect: Engraving the circle in an area will cause all mana and magic within that area to stop working completely, including the person that engraved it. While it will not kill mana-based species it will greatly weaken them, and all magic, abilities, spells, runes, and even arcane circles will not work.
Required Mana Input: Large amount of mana upon and low usage to keep it from vanishing.
Limitations and Drawbacks: It stops all form of magic and flow of mana, including the person that engraved it.
