Enchantment: Once engraved on the body of a person, specifically the hand, it will begin drawing in mana from around them and, in turn, empower the hand by 2x the original capabilities for a period of 10 turns.
Limitations & Side Effects:
-Once the effect of the rune wares off, the hand becomes unusable for the period of 25 turns regardless of the person's healing capabilities.
-While engraved, the user is unable to engrave any other rune.
Requirements: Medium Rune Knowledge, Strong Body.
