Enchantment: Using the rune on the eye of a person will allow that person to have soul sight, mana sight, and true sight up to the level of this rune, allowing them to see through illusions, the flow of mana around them, and even differences in souls. However, for each turn it is used, the user's eyes burn with the pain of a million searing suns.
Limitations & Side Effects: Once used on someone, it can only be removed by washing it off using blood. Can only be used once every 15 turns, but last for 10 turns.
Requirements: Requires moderate knowledge of runes. Needs to be drawn using blood. Requires a sacrifice to activate.
