Description: The user channels a special type of electricity in their hands, sending coil of electricity at their targets. If their targets are in a group, then the electricity will chain to each one if they are decently close enough, though it can only chain to a maximum of 5 people and it decreases in power the more it chains. However, rather than burning, this electricity will instead freeze whatever it touches, allowing for the user to possibly subdue a large group.
