Description: The user charges this spell for 1 turn before firing a blue bolt of magic above them. At cloud level, this bolt of magic will form into a small cloud capable of covering a small village. This cloud will proceed to release thick snowflakes onto everything below. These snowflakes are much colder than regular ones and can freeze parts of what they touch immediately upon contact. This spell can last up to an hour.

Requirements: The user must be adept in both water and ice magic. The user must also be outside to cast the spell. If the user is in a warm environment, the spell will fail.
