The created Dracolich loses its magical power and higher thinking, but mindlessly serves the caster until destroyed. They can breathe a blast of necrotic energy that deals moderate damage every 5 turns

Limitations/Side Effects: Requires a dragon corpse, still dies in sunlight and loses magical power and transformative abilities as normal. Every week the Dracolich exists, it loses 10% of its scales to decay.
Cooldown: 2 weeks
Requirements: High training in necromancy, high knowledge of dragons, a dragon corpse.
