Description: The user ignites their hands, causing them to burn until they decide to stop this spell. This won't hurt the user themselves, but if they touch someone or something, it will burn them instead.

Limitations/Side Effects: Once something is touched by the user, then the fire on their hands will disappear. The user must also keep contact with something for at least 2 seconds to properly burn them. If the user fails to touch something within 2 Turns, then the spell will end.
