Description: The caster fires a quick beam of ice toward a target that is freezing in nature. While the beam does not deal any direct damage, it can freeze a part of whatever it strikes, as well as naturally produce a cold aura that will freeze everything else around it.

Limitations & Side Effects:

• The beam only freezes a small area and is ineffective against larger targets or well-armored opponents.

• The freeze effect can be broken by force or heat.

• Boosts can extend the freeze duration and allow the beam to cover a slightly larger area, but no increase in the freezing power is allowed.
