Description: The user sends a pulse in a 30ft radius either around the, or in front of them. As the pulse hit solid structures, or the ground, it rapidly turns into a sticky, web like substance. Creatures besides the caster become stuck upon making contact with the web. If they have less than x10 strength, they are full rooted, and if they have more their speed is cut in half.

Limitations/Side Effects: The webs last 8 turns. The webs can be destroyed early by a slashing attack of C rank or higher or any source of fire.
Cooldown: 7 Turns
Requirements: Knowledge in enfeeblement magic.
